Staff were very very friendly and nice! Bus driver as well! Surely the best part of my short experience. Great breakfast and very nice room ; both common areas and the bedroom were cozy and comfortable. Shuttle to the airport is good service (maybe for free ? Or to be included in some offers with the room? Just wondering)

The proximity to the airport and ease to get there. Everything was efficiently run. The room was perfect, clean and fresh and quiet.

The hotel is very close, just opposite to the long stay Stansted car park. I drove for less than 2 minutes to the car park and left my car theere. The shuttle bus arrives every 15 minutes, but in my case it waited a bit more time till it left the car parking. It takes around another 15 minutes to reach the airport. Everything was well orgonized, the check in time did not take long, probably because I gave most of the data needed online and in advance. The room was pretty decent, clean and with a large TV screen. There is a small fridge with a mini bar, if you need some drinks, or just leave your own items inside to cool down. Check out process was very quick. You can easily park your car in the car park of the hotel. I even saw a small rabit on the hotel car park early in the morning when I took my car to head to the long stay car park.

Excellent location with car hire on the doorstep - who incidently are a great team. The rooms are sizable and clean and good quality linen. Bathroom has really nice toiletries and a deep sink - a must for filling the kettle. Can't complain.

Location was fantastic, right next to the airport. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was reasonably priced and the selection was fantastic. Parking was cheap and close to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious - loved the products on offer in the bathrooms. We booked two rooms and requested they were close, which they were. Very pleased with our stay and we would book again.

Spacious rooms with a kettle, fridge and a big TV. Very good for overnight layovers at Stansted airport. The shuttle service (even though it is paid) is reliable and departs at a time. Breakfast was pretty decent, big plus that it is served from 4am - full English + some other sides to choose from (ham, fruits, veggies etc.). Good coffee to start a day.

Its location to Stansted airport and long-term stay parking (just around the corner), which was very convenient when having to leave the hotel (3:30am), for early morning flight. Hotel does do its own park, stay, fly package, so maybe worth comparing costs, if you want to park there.

Comfortable bed, nice breakfast, and friendly staff, especially James who was working in the restaurant/bar area at breakfast and an Asian man whose name I don't know, who was also working at the bar at the same time. Reception staff were also friendly. They all demonstrated what hospitality is about, which I can't say for some of the other hotels in the area.

We stayed one night before our flight, parking was £ 10 per night. We then went to meet and greet. So easy stress free. I did enquire at reception about hotel parking. The normal period if parking is 14 nights. We go for three weeks but was told to contact them to negotiate a longer stay. All the staff we encountered were really helpful and very friendly and polite.

Breakfast was fabulous, the gym was larger than expected, staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, shuttle bus service at 4 pounds each way and very regular was helpful. The room had a small fridge and tea and coffee plus kettle, which was appreciated immensely.
